Measurements and Analysis
Laboratory for Heat and Power (LTE) at UL FME has a long tradition of cooperation with all the largest Slovenian thermal power plants and energy intensive industry, including steelworks, paper mills and tanneries. It is involved in the independent supervision of any upgrades, energy optimisations and new builds as well as thermo-economical studies of new projects. Our experts possess comprehensive knowledge of the Slovenian energy supply system, alongside the specific requirements of industry partners.
We are also the Technical Support Organisation (TSO) accredited by the Slovenian Nuclear Safety Administration for the supervision and safety analysis of nuclear facilities. We specialize in the operation of turbomachinery and other thermoenergetic components (e.g. steam generators, water heaters, MSRs).
